研究目的：

本研究目的是，将魏氏鼻咽喷射导管进行声门上喷射通气应用与镇静下的纤维支气管镜检查，观察其减少检查过程中能否减少低氧血症的发生率

Objectives of Study：

This study investigated in combination with supraglottic jet oxygenation and ventilatin (SJOV) using WEI NASA JET TUBE (WNJ), to reduce hypoxia in patients receiving sedation bronchoscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

检查前吸空气血氧饱和度< 90%,对研究药物过敏，鼻咽部手术史，鼻畸形，鼻息肉，鼻出血和其他出血疾病，孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative resting pulse oxygen saturation on room air, < 90%, intolerant or with an allergy to the study drug, history of nasopharyngeal surgery, nasal malformation, nasal tissue hyperplasia, diseases of the bleeding, pregnancy.
