比较右美托咪定-丙泊酚-纳布啡和丙泊酚-纳布啡在无痛胃肠镜检查中的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

A Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Dexmedetomidine - Propofol - Nalbuphine and Propofol - Nalbuphine in Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心率<55次/分及心脏传导异常； 2.两周内呼吸道感染或哮喘急性发作； 3.困难气道或睡眠呼吸暂停者； 4.肥胖患者（BMI≥30kg/m^2）； 5.对右美托咪定、纳布啡及大豆油过敏者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with heart rate<55 beats/minute and abnormal cardiac conduction; 2. Patients with respiratory infection or acute asthma attack within two weeks; 3. Difficult airway or sleep apnea patients; 4. Obese patients (BMI >= 30kg/m^2); 5. Individuals allergic to dexmedetomidine, nalbuphine, and soybean oil.
