Objectives of Study：

the protective effect of multiple electrlytes injection on intraoperative blood salvage

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）合并贫血 2）合并血液系统疾病（白血病、凝血功能异常、红细胞异常） 3）合并高血压、糖尿病 4）恶性肿瘤手术，同时合并恶性肿瘤 5)合并肝肾功能不全 6）术前输注异体血

Exclusion criteria：

1. combined anemia;
2. combined with blood system diseases (leukemia, abnormal coagulation function, erythrocyte abnormalities);
3. combined with hypertension, diabetes;
4. malignant tumor operation, combined with malignant tumor;
5. with liver and kidney insufficiency;
6. infusion of allogeneic blood before operation.
