研究目的：

利用疼痛微创介入方式—触发点PRP注射治疗来缓解慢性腰背痛老年肌少症患者疼痛，改善该患者群体肌肉萎缩，增加脊柱稳定性，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Utilizing minimally invasive interventional pain management techniques—specifically trigger point PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections:to alleviate chronic low back pain in elderly patients with sarcopenia, improve muscle atrophy in this patient population, enhance spinal stability, and elevate their quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.X线、MRI等影像学检查无腰椎滑脱、腰椎不稳、腰椎间盘突出；
2.强直性脊柱炎；
3.脊柱侧凸；
4.椎体压缩性骨折；
5.脊柱结核；

Exclusion criteria：

1.X-ray, MRI and other imaging examinations show no lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar instability, or lumbar disc herniation; 2.Ankylosing spondylitis; 3.Scoliosis; 4.Vertebral compressibility fracture; 5.Spinal tuberculosis.
