本研究将构建带有标签的大规模多中心颅内占位性病变识别与定位数据集,包括临床常见的几种类别: 脑肿瘤、脑炎和脑出血。利用深度学习模型在本研究收集的核磁影像上进行性能测试,对疑似颅内占位性病变患者的CT 或MRI实现精准识别和定位,在交并比为0.5时,各类别平均精确率AP平均值达到0.8以上,为影像医师初筛和临床医生快速评估颅内占位性病变类型、危急程度、追踪病情变化、制定临床方案提供参考依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In this study, we will construct a large-scale multicenter intracranial occupying lesion identification and localization dataset with labels, including several common clinical categories: brain tumor, encephalitis and cerebral hemorrhage. The deep learning model will be used to test the performance on the MRI images collected in this study to accurately identify and localize patients with suspected intracranial space-occupying lesions on CT or MRI, and the average AP of each category will reach more than 0.8 when the intersection ratio is 0.5, which will provide a reference basis for the imaging physicians in the initial screening and the clinicians in the rapid assessment of the type of intracranial space-occupying lesions, the degree of urgency, tracking the changes of the disease, and the formulation of clinical plans.
