研究目的:

构建人工智能模型解读CBCT影像,实现对三维龋坏病损和髓腔影像的自动分割,评价龋坏深度,并计算剩余牙本质厚度;阐明模型测量的龋坏深度与组织学龋坏深度及牙髓炎症程度的相关性。辅助医生高效评价龋坏深度、牙髓炎症状态和预测露髓风险,为深龋和牙髓炎治疗方案的制定和术式决策提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study:

Develop an AI model for interpreting CBCT images to achieve automatic segmentation of 3D carious lesions and pulp chamber morphology, automatically evaluate caries depth, and calculate remaining dentin thickness. Establish the correlation between model-measured caries depth and histological caries depth/pulp inflammation severity. This system will assist clinicians in efficiently assessing caries progression, evaluating pulp inflammatory status, and predicting pulp exposure risks, thereby providing decision-making support for treatment planning selection and operative strategy formulation in deep caries and pulpitis management.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.临床龋坏牙的CBCT数据排除标准:患牙有充填体;有邻牙或对颌牙修复材料造成的伪影干扰。 2.离体龋坏牙的排除标准:(1)有全冠或充填修复体的牙齿;(2)有髓腔钙化;(3)有严重牙周病; (4) 缺少重要临床参数;(5) 患牙根尖发育未完成。

Exclusion criteria:

‌1. Exclusion Criteria for Clinical Carious Teeth CBCT Data‌ Teeth with existing restorations (filled teeth). Presence of artifact interference from adjacent or opposing teeth with prosthetic materials. ‌2. Exclusion Criteria for Extracted Carious Teeth‌ Teeth with full crowns or restorative fillings. Pulp calcification. Severe periodontal disease. Missing essential clinical parameters. Incomplete root apex development.
