Objectives of Study: |
To provide imaging and clinical evidence for the precise classification, early diagnosis, and personalized treatment of Meniere’s disease (MD). Meanwhile, it aims to address the current gaps in the literature regarding the association between endolymphatic hydrops (EH) and multidimensional clinical features, while exploring the potential clinical utility of EH as a core pathological marker of MD. |

Inclusion criteria |
|||||||||||||||||||||||
|
排除标准: |
1.合并其他内耳疾病(如突发性耳聋、前庭神经炎、耳硬化症) 或中枢性眩晕疾病(如脑卒中、多发性硬化)。 既往有耳部手术史或外伤史。 2.钆对比剂过敏或 MRI 检查禁忌证(如植入金属物、幽闭恐惧 症)。 3.临床资料不全或影像质量不满足分析要求。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Other inner ear diseases (such as sudden deafness, vestibular neuritis, otosclerosis) Or central vertigo diseases (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis). History of ear surgery or trauma. 2. Gadolinium contrast allergy or MRI contraindications (e.g. metal implants, claustrophobia) Illness). 3. The clinical data is incomplete or the image quality does not meet the analysis requirements. |
