研究目的：

评估急性血源性骨髓炎（AHO）患者住院期间外周血中的血小板计数的变化规律，及其与已知的疾病活动标志物，红细胞沉降率（ESR）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）和降钙素原（PCT）的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the changes in platelet counts in peripheral blood of patients with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis (AHO) during hospitalization, and its correlation with known disease activity markers, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄大于18岁，无特异性诊断，自身免疫性疾病，肝硬化或衰竭，慢性肾功能衰竭伴透析，化疗史，近4周抗凝治疗，前4周输血

Exclusion criteria：

age older than 18 years, patients without specific diagnosis, autoimmune disease, liver cirrhosis or failure, chronic renal failure with dialysis, history of chemotherapy, anticoagulation therapy in recent 4 weeks, and blood transfusion during the preceding 4 weeks
