研究目的：

1. 评估磷丙泊酚二钠用于老年患者腹腔镜胃肠手术全麻维持的有效性和安全性 2. 评估磷丙泊酚二钠用于老年患者腹腔镜胃肠手术全麻维持的血流动力学稳定性  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fospropofol disodium for maintenance of general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery. 2. To assess the hemodynamic stability of fospropofol disodium when used for maintenance of general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对磷丙泊酚二钠或丙泊酚过敏的患者； 2. BMI>30 kg/m²或<18 kg/m²； 3. 存在严重中枢神经系统疾病（如脑卒中、癫痫、帕金森病等）或精神异常（如精神分裂症、重度抑郁症等）； 4. 呼吸功能不全、阻塞性肺部疾病、存在困难气道； 5. 滥用或长期应用麻醉、镇静、镇痛药物； 6. 近期服用过影响药物代谢的药物； 7. 充血性心力衰竭，即纽约心脏病协会III或IV级； 8. 未治疗或不稳定的缺血性心脏病； 9. 有严重主动脉或二尖瓣疾病史，重度关闭不全或重度狭窄； 10. 严重肝肾功能不全（ALT、AST、尿素氮、肌酐超过正常值2倍以上）； 11. 术前收缩压<90 mmHg； 12. 存在严重凝血功能异常、严重内分泌疾病或其它影响血流动力学状态的疾病； 13. 已纳入其他试验研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with known hypersensitivity to fospropofol disodium or propofol; 2. BMI >30 kg/m^2 or <18 kg/m^2; 3. Severe central nervous system disorders (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease) or psychiatric abnormalities (e.g., schizophrenia, major depressive disorder); 4. Respiratory insufficiency, obstructive pulmonary disease, or anticipated difficult airway; 5. History of substance abuse or chronic use of anesthetic, sedative, or analgesic medications; 6. Recent use of medications known to affect drug metabolism; 7. Congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Class III or IV); 8. Untreated or unstable ischemic heart disease; 9. History of severe aortic/mitral valve disease with significant regurgitation or stenosis; 10. Severe hepatic/renal dysfunction (ALT/AST, BUN, or creatinine >2× upper limit of normal); 11. Preoperative systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg; 12. Severe coagulation disorders, endocrine diseases, or other conditions compromising hemodynamic stability; 13. Current participation in other clinical trials.

For anesthesia maintenance, fospropofol disodium was administered as a continuous intravenous infusion starting at 6 mg/kg/h, with subsequent titration in 1-2 mg/kg/h increments or decrements to maintain a Bispectral Index (BIS) value between 40-60, while ensuring the infusion rate did not exceed the maximum allowable dose of 16 mg/kg/h.
