通过构建儿童 PJS 罕见病的诊疗评价模式与示范应用，为 PJS患儿的演变规律、临床诊治策略提供科学依据和指导。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a standardized diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation framework for pediatric Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS), a rare genetic disorder, and demonstrate its clinical application. The proposed model will provide scientific evidence and clinical guidance for understanding disease progression patterns and optimizing treatment strategies in children with PJS.

The way of sharing IPD”(include metadata and protocol, If use web-based public database, please provide the url)：	All multi-omics data will be deposited in and accessible through the National Genomics Data Center (NGDC), NCBI databases, and MetaboLights. Additional patient-level data may be available from the principal investigator upon reasonable request.
数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	（1）数据采集：构建多模态数据库，接通西安市儿童医院HIS、PACS、LIS等系统，获取包括患者病史信息、实验室检查、影像学、消化内镜成像在内的多模态临床病例资料。同时采取患者的血液、粪便、息肉等标本，进行全外显子测序、菌群分析、代谢组检测等。（2）数据管理：通过数据清洗技术，将上述数据存入标准化多模态数据库。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1.Data Collection: A multimodal clinical database will be established by integrating hospital information systems (HIS), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), and laboratory information systems (LIS) from Xi'an Children's Hospital. Collected data will include: comprehensive patient medical histories, laboratory test results, radiological imaging data, and digestive endoscopy records. Biological specimens (blood, stool, and polyp samples) will be collected for: whole exome sequencing, gut microbiome profiling, metabolomic analysis. 2.Data Management: All acquired data will undergo rigorous quality control through data cleaning techniques. Processed data will be stored in a standardized multimodal database with controlled access.
