Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lactulose vs. polyethylene glycol on high-risk bowel preparation patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有结肠镜检查禁忌证者. 2. 半乳糖血症患者. 3. 对乳果糖或复方聚乙二醇过敏者. 4. 怀孕或哺乳期女性. 5. 1周内服用通便药或促胃肠动力药物者. 6. 糖尿病患者. 7. 进食差，存在显著入量不足的患者. 8. 无法或不同意签署知情同意书者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with contraindications to colonoscopy; 2. Patients with galactosemia; 3. Those allergic to lactulose or compound polyethylene glycol; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Individuals who have taken laxatives or gastrointestinal prokinetic drugs within 1 week; 6. Diabetic patients; 7. Patients with poor food intake and significant insufficient fluid/energy intake; 8. Those unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
