研究目的:

1,明确环境性及生物性(Bmal1基因缺失)生物节律性紊乱所致骨代谢异常对种植体周围炎发展的影响; 2,阐明Bmal1在成骨/破骨分化中的作用,并从分子水平筛选出Bmal1基因下调可能影响的种植体周围炎相关因子及关键信号通路; 3,阐明Bmal1基因通过调控TNF-α的表达对成骨分化的调控作用,明确具体的上下游信号通路及调控机制;  

Objectives of Study:

1,To delineate the effects of both environmental and genetic (Bmal1 deficiency-induced) circadian rhythm disruption on bone metabolic disorders and their contribution to peri-implantitis progression. 2,To systematically characterize Bmal1's dual role in osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis, while identifying downstream effector molecules and critical signaling pathways associated with peri-implantitis that are modulated by Bmal1 knockdown. 3,To mechanistically dissect how Bmal1 governs osteogenic differentiation through TNF-α transcriptional control, with precise mapping of the involved upstream regulators and downstream effector pathways.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.妊娠、哺乳期、吸烟或有 5 年以上吸烟史、牙周炎及全身骨代谢相关疾病患者,半年内进行过牙周治疗或使用过抗生素者,2 个月口腔局部使用抗菌剂者以及伴有全身疾病的患者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who are pregnant or lactating, those who are smokers or have a smoking history of more than 5 years, patients with periodontitis and systemic diseases related to bone metabolism, those who have undergone periodontal treatment or used antibiotics within the past six months, individuals who have used local oral antibacterial agents within the past two months, as well as patients with systemic diseases.
