研究目的：

近年来，基于生命八要素(Life's Essential 8, LE8)的心血管健康(Cardiovascular health, CVH)评分与大血管疾病发生风险的关联性受到广泛关注，通过改善 LE8 评分所涵盖的健 康行为和相关因素，可显著降低血管性疾病发病率及全因死亡率。然而，目前尚缺乏关于 LE8 评分与视网膜血管性疾病(Retinal Vascular Diseases, RVDs)的关系研究。纤维蛋白原 /白蛋白比值(Fibrinogen-to-Albumin Ratio, FAR)作为一种新型炎症标志物和血管疾病预测 因子，已被证实与多种血管性疾病的发生及进展密切相关，但其在 RVDs 中的研究价值亟 待进一步挖掘。本研究首次基于 LE8 评分，探讨中国东北地区人群中 CVH 评分与 RVDs 发生风险的相关性，并深入分析FAR在这一关联中的潜在中介作用，为RVDs的早期预防 和干预策略提供了科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Recent studies have highlighted the association between the Cardiovascular Health (CVH) score based on Life’s Essential 8 (LE8) and the risk of macrovascular diseases, suggesting that improving health behaviors encompassed within the LE8 score can significantly lower the incidence of vascular diseases and all-cause mortality. However, research exploring the relationship between LE8 score and Retinal Vascular Diseases (RVDs) remains limited. The fibrinogen-to-albumin ratio (FAR), recognized as a novel inflammatory biomarker and predictor of vascular diseases, has been closely linked to the occurrence and progression of various vascular diseases, but its relevance in RVDs merits further investigation. This study is the first to investigate the correlation between LE8 score and RVDs in a northeast Chinese population, while also exploring the mediating effect of FAR in this relationship, thus providing scientific foundation for early preventive and interventional strategies targeting RVDs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

视网膜血管阻塞组： (1)经过系统的眼科检查，确诊存在两种及两种以上 RVDs 者; (2)同时确诊为高血压和糖尿病两种疾病的患者; (3)在就诊前 6 个月内曾确诊心脑血管意外或糖尿病酮症酸中毒等危重症疾病史者; (4)合并有严重的心血管、呼吸、消化、肾脏、血液系统等原发疾病以及就诊时并发感染者; (5)就诊前六个月内有眼外伤史或接受过眼科手术的患者; (6)近期应用糖皮质激素或影响血小板功能的药物者; (7)癌症、妊娠、哺乳者。 对照组排除标准同视网膜血管阻塞组排除标准

Exclusion criteria：

1.Retinal vascular occlusion group: (1) Those who have been diagnosed with two or more types of RVDs after systematic ophthalmic examination; (2) Patients diagnosed with both hypertension and diabetes at the same time; (3) Those who have been diagnosed with critical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents or diabetic ketoacidosis within 6 months prior to seeking medical treatment; (4) Those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, renal, and hematological diseases, as well as concurrent infections at the time of seeking medical treatment; (5) Patients who have a history of ocular trauma or have undergone ophthalmic surgery within six months prior to their visit; (6) Those who have recently used glucocorticoids or drugs that affect platelet function; (7) People with cancer, pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding. The exclusion criteria for the control group were the same as those for the retinal vascular occlusion group
