研究目的：

主要研究目的： 研究基于App的远程运动康复指导对非小细胞肺癌术后患者运动耐力（六分钟步行试验）的影响； 次要研究目的： （1）观察非小细胞肺癌术后患者运动基本情况； （2）观察非小细胞肺癌术后患者生活质量； （3）评价基于App的远程术后运动支持对术后患者临床指标如一秒率、用力肺活量、最大通气容量的影响效果,为术后康复的有效干预提供依据。 （4）明确基于App的远程术后运动支持较之常规临床康复，是否可以更好地促使术后患者在之后的1月内保持良好的生活习惯。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research purpose: To study the influence of APP-based remote exercise rehabilitation guidance on the exercise endurance (six-minute walk test) of postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer; Secondary research purpose: (1) Observe the basic exercise situation of postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer; (2) Observe the quality of life of postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer; (3) To evaluate the effect of remote postoperative exercise support based on App on clinical indicators such as second rate, forced vital capacity and maximum ventilation capacity of postoperative patients, and to provide a basis for effective intervention in postoperative rehabilitation. (4) Clarify whether remote postoperative exercise support based on App can better encourage postoperative patients to maintain good living habits within one month after surgery compared with conventional clinical rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并脏器器质性病变；(2)认知、精神障碍；(3)术前、术中伴有严重并发症；(4)合并其他类型肿瘤；(5)肢体功能障碍；(6)不耐受肺康复训练。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with organic lesions of organs; (2) Cognitive and mental disorders; (3) Accompanied by severe complications before and during the operation; (4) Combined with other types of tumors; (5) Limb dysfunction; (6) Intolerance to pulmonary rehabilitation training.
