研究目的：

1、搭建多中心、大样本肝母细胞瘤的临床专病库。2、采集大量同病种病例后，发现不同分期分型肝母细胞瘤病人手术方式、治疗方案、生化及影像指标与术后生存期之间的不确定性因果关系；建立肝母细胞瘤手术和化疗方案优化选择及预后精确判断的数学模型。3、进一步通过深度学习等技术，反馈至临床，收集更多数据加以调整，完善模型，以促进此类病人的精准治疗，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Set up a multi-center, large-sample hepatoblastoma clinical special disease pool. 2. After a large number of cases with the same disease were collected, the causal relationship between surgical methods, treatment options, biochemical and imaging parameters, and postoperative survival was found in different stages of hepatoblastoma patients; hepatoblastoma surgery was established. The mathematical model for optimal selection and prognosis of chemotherapy and chemotherapy. 3, further through deep learning techniques, feedback to the clinic, collect more data to adjust, improve the model to promote the precise treatment of such patients, improve the prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)病理学检查或病理学诊断不明确的患者; (2)合并其他恶性肿瘤患者; (3) 缺乏明确的临床资料，如生化检查、影像学检查以及物理检查; (4)随访资料不全; (5)术后 30 d 内死亡患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unclear pathological or pathological diagnosis;
2. Patients with other malignant tumors;
3. Lack of clear clinical data such as biochemical examination, imaging examination, and physical examination;
4. Incomplete follow-up data;
5. Patients who died within 30 days after surgery.
