研究目的：

本研究将基于保护动机理论构建肥胖型PCOS患者体重管理干预方案，在应用后评价该方案对肥胖型PCOS患者体重管理、自我效能以及生育生活质量的影响，以期为肥胖型PCOS患者体重管理提供科学有效的指导，进而改善患者生育生活质量以及治疗结局。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of protective motivation, this study will construct a weight management intervention program for obese PCOS patients, and evaluate the effect of the program on weight management, self-efficacy and reproductive quality of life in obese PCOS patients after application, in order to provide scientific and effective guidance for weight management in obese PCOS patients, and then improve the quality of reproductive life and treatment outcomes of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有其他严重的躯体疾病或药物依赖者； （2）参加其他临床药物试验或体重管理干预研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Patients with other serious physical diseases or drug dependence ; ( 2 ) To participate in other clinical drug trials or weight management intervention researchers.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用区间随机的方式分组，根据我院肥胖型PCOS患者的收治情况确定每4人为一组，组内采用随机数字表读取连续的4个数字后按大小排序（X1-4），其中X1、X3为实验组，X2、X4为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The patients were divided into groups by interval randomization. According to the treatment of obese PCOS patients in our hospital, every 4 people were determined as a group. In the group, 4 consecutive numbers were read by random number table and sorted by size ( X1-4 ). Among them, X1 and X3 were experimental groups, and X2 and X4 were control groups.
