本研究旨在比较游离龈移植(FGG)和猪源性可吸收胶原基质膜(MS)的牙槽窝密封性能。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to compare the socket sealing efficacy of free gingival grafts (FGG) and porcine-derived absorbable collagen matrix membranes (MS).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准包括：(1)拒绝签署知情同意书者；(2)存在急性的根尖周炎或急性牙周炎，可能影响治疗效果的患者；(3)明显的局部或全身有严重感染者；(4)严重心血管疾病患者；(5)严重过敏体质患者；(6)控制不良的糖尿病患者；(7)高血压等其他全身系统性疾病未控制者；(8)重度吸烟（每天超过10支）患者；(9)肌肉或静脉注射双膦酸盐的患者；(10)放疗化疗史患者；(11)目前正在参加其他临床试验或已完成临床试验但未满六周者；(12)患者精神上无能力或不能理解参与研究的要求；(13)哺乳期、妊娠期妇女或近期有怀孕计划者；(14)依从性差，不愿配合完成各阶段随访者；(15)研究人员认为不适合参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to sign informed consent; (2) Patients with acute apical periodontitis or acute periodontitis that may interfere with treatment outcomes; (3) Significant local or systemic infections; (4) Severe cardiovascular diseases; (5) Severe allergic predisposition; (6) Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (e.g., HbA1c >7%); (7) Uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as hypertension); (8) Heavy smoking (>10 cigarettes per day); (9) Patients receiving bisphosphonates via intramuscular or intravenous administration; (10) History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (11) Current participation in other clinical trials or having completed a clinical trial within the past six weeks; (12) Mental incompetence or inability to understand study requirements; (13) Pregnancy, lactation, or plans for pregnancy; (14) Poor compliance or unwillingness to attend follow-up visits; (15) Patients deemed unsuitable by investigators for participation.
