研究目的：

本研究探讨年龄、性别和高血压等因素对原发性三叉神经痛初发年龄的影响。近年来多项研究表明，年龄是慢性疾病初发年龄的重要影响因素。此外， 性别差异也在某些疾病的初发年龄上表现出显著影响。高血压作为一种常见的慢性病，已被证明可以显著影响某些疾病初发年龄。疾病初发年龄是评估疾病发生和发展的重要指标，而年龄、性别和高血压是已知的潜在影响因素。通过单因素和多因素线性回归分析等统计分析，本研究旨在量化这些因素对初发年龄的影响，探讨年龄、性别和高血压对原发神经痛初发年龄是否也存在显著性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the impact of factors such as age, gender, and hypertension on initial onset age of classic trigeminal neuralgia. In recent years, a number of studies have shown that age is a crucial factor influencing initial onset age of chronic diseases. Additionally, gender differences also exert a significant impact on the initial onset age of certain diseases. As a common chronic condition, hypertension has been proven to significantly affect the initial onset age of some diseases. Initial onset age of a disease is an important indicator for evaluating the occurrence and progression of the disease, while age, gender, and hypertension are known potential influencing factors. Through statistical analyses including univariate and multivariate linear regression analyses, this study aims to quantify the impact of these factors on initial onset age and investigate whether age, gender, and hypertension also have significant effects on the age of onset of classic trigeminal neuralgia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄 <18 岁； 2.继发性三叉神经痛患者 [9]； 3.由其他疾病（如带状疱疹、胆脂瘤等）导致的三叉神经疼痛患者； 4.曾接受过三叉神经阻滞术或其他三叉神经相关手术治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 years; 2. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia [9]; 3. Trigeminal pain from other conditions (e.g., herpes zoster, cholesteatoma); 4. History of trigeminal nerve block or other trigeminal-targeted surgeries.
