研究目的：

新辅助ICI联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗局部进展期（cT≥2 Nany M0）胃癌及食管胃结合部癌的短期疗效和长期生存结局，以及治疗后的淋巴结转移分布模式  

Objectives of Study：

Short-Term Efficacy, Long-Term Survival Outcomes, and Patterns of Lymph Node Metastasis Distribution after Neoadjuvant Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor (ICI) Combined with Chemotherapy versus Chemotherapy Alone in Locally Advanced (cT>=2 Nany M0) Gastric and Esophagogastric Junction Cancers

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前接受放疗、靶向治疗或新辅助方案不确定； 2.胃部存在多个病灶； 3.术前发现胃癌远处转移（M1期）或术中发现腹腔种植转移、腹腔脱落细胞学检查阳性等情况； 4.5年内其他恶性肿瘤病史（非黑色素瘤皮肤癌除外）； 5.急诊手术或姑息性手术； 6.关键临床资料缺失（病理报告未明确记录淋巴结分站信息、病历未明确记录术前治疗方案等），导致无法分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Received preoperative radiotherapy or targeted therapy. Regimen unconfirmed; ​2.Presence of multiple gastric lesions (multifocal tumors); 3.Preoperative detection of distant metastasis (M1 stage) or intraoperative findings of peritoneal carcinomatosis/positive peritoneal cytology; 4.History of other malignancies within 5 years (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer); 5.Underwent emergency surgery or palliative resection; 6.Missing critical clinical data (e.g., unspecified lymph node station details in pathology reports, unrecorded preoperative treatment plans) precluding analysis.
