Objectives of Study：

Investigating the Effect of Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation on Perioperative Anxiety in Patients Undergoing Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）认知障碍和言语表达缺陷，难以配合调查者；（2）术前合并严重心脑血管疾病史、肝肾功能异常、内分泌紊乱患者；（3）既往有精神病史或目前存在精神异常的患者；（4）有长期酗酒、药物滥用史；（5）长期使用精神和镇静催眠药; （6）耳甲刺激部位附近皮肤有感染、破损、溃疡或局部过敏患者； (7)拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Cognitive impairment and speech expression defects, making it difficult to cooperate with the investigator; (2) Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, and endocrine disorders before surgery; (3) Patients with a history of mental illness or current mental abnormalities; (4)Patients with a history of long-term alcoholism or drug abuse; (5) Long-term use of psychiatric and sedative-hypnotic medications; (6) Patients with infections, damage, ulcers, or local allergies near the auricular stimulation site; (7) Refusal to participate in this study.
