研究目的：

目的比较去甲肾上腺素与苯肾上腺素对颈动脉内膜切除术患者术中脑氧饱和度的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of norepinephrine versus phenylephrine on intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation in patients underwent carotid endarterectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）对术中相关麻醉药物过敏或有禁忌症的患者。（2）吸毒或酗酒的患者。（3）患慢性疼痛综合征或阿尔茨海默病的患者。（4）拒绝参与或中途退出的患者。（5）教育水平低于初中和术前MMSE评分＜23的患者。（6）术中需转流患者。（7）术中血压持续降低超过基础值20%超过10min，或术中出血量＞基础血容量20%的患者。（8）需要带气管导管送入ICU，或术后有明显的苏醒延迟或手术室内无法完成拔管的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with allergies or contraindications to relevant anesthetic medications during surgery. (2) Patients taking medications or with a history of alcohol dependence. (3) Patients diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome or Alzheimer's disease. (4) Patients refusing participation or withdrawing consent midway through the study. (5) Patients with an educational level below junior high school and a preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of less than 23. (6) Patients requiring intraoperative transfer to another location. (7) Patients experiencing a sustained intraoperative blood pressure decrease exceeding 20% of baseline for more than 10 minutes, or intraoperative blood loss exceeding 20% of total blood volume. (8) Patients requiring postoperative admission to the ICU with endotracheal intubation, exhibiting significant delayed recovery, or unable to complete extubation in the operating room.

Intervention：	One minute prior to carotid artery occlusion, norepinephrine (NE) was administered via intravenous infusion at a dose of 0.01–0.1 μg/(kg·min), with a constant infusion rate of 0.1–10 ml/h. During the occlusion period, mean arterial pressure (MAP) was maintained approximately 20% above baseline blood pressure. In cases where blood pressure control was suboptimal, a single intravenous bolus of 4 μg could be administered, which could be repeated as necessary. Upon reperfusion of the carotid artery, the intravenous infusion of norepinephrine was discontinued.	Intervention code：

在随机对照双盲研究中，全麻下行颈动脉内膜剥脱患者60例(编号1～60)，分为2组，一组去甲肾上腺素组，另一组为去氧肾上腺组。Excel中生成随机数字表，随机数字表任一行开始，按序查找，凡小于或等于60的数标记，查够30个数；将与这30个数对应编号患者列为去甲肾上腺素组，余下受试者为去氧肾上腺素组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In a randomized, controlled, double-blind study, 60 patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy under general anesthesia (numbered 1 to 60) were randomly allocated into two groups: the norepinephrine group and the doxepin group. A random number table was generated in Excel, beginning with an arbitrary row of the table. Numbers less than or equal to 60 were sequentially identified and marked until 30 unique numbers were obtained. The patients corresponding to these 30 numbers were assigned to the norepinephrine group, while the remaining patients were assigned to the doxepin group.
