建立老年听觉系统功能减退患者外周血分子特征数据库，结合组学与生物学技术，筛选与疾病相关的差异基因并验证，为未来进一步深入研究及多中心协作提供标准化参考依据，  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a peripheral blood molecular characteristic database of elderly patients with impaired hearing system function at different ages, screen and verify disease-related differential genes, and provide standardized reference for further research and multi-center collaboration in the future.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组排除标准： 1. 患有除听力损失外的其他明确病因导致的听力障碍，如耳部外伤史、耳部手术史、梅尼埃病、突发性耳聋； 2. 患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍，无法正常沟通交流，影响研究数据收集准确性的； 3. 患有贫血疾病导致不便附加采集血液血标本； 4. 患有恶性肿瘤晚期等严重影响生存预期、无法全程参与研究的重大疾病； 5. 近 3 个月内使用过可能影响听力的耳毒性药物。 对照组排除标准： 1. 家族中有遗传性听力损失病史； 2. 患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍，无法正常沟通交流，影响研究数据收集准确性的； 3.患有贫血疾病导致不便附加采集血液血标本； 4. 患有恶性肿瘤晚期等严重影响生存预期、无法全程参与研究的重大疾病； 5. 近3 个月内有过耳部手术史、耳部外伤史或长期使用可能影响听力的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for the case group: 1. Patients with hearing impairment caused by other clear causes other than hearing loss, such as a history of ear trauma, ear surgery, Meniere's disease, sudden deafness; 2. Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to communicate normally, affecting the accuracy of research data collection; 3. It is inconvenient to collect additional blood samples due to anemia disease; 4. Patients with serious diseases such as advanced malignant tumors that seriously affect their survival expectations and are unable to participate in the full study; 5. Use of ototoxic drugs that may affect hearing within the last 3 months. Exclusion criteria for control group: 1. Family history of hereditary hearing loss; 2. Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to communicate normally, affecting the accuracy of research data collection; 3. It is inconvenient to collect additional blood samples due to anemia disease; 4. Patients with serious diseases such as advanced malignant tumors that seriously affect their survival expectations and are unable to participate in the full study; 5. Have a history of ear surgery, ear trauma or long-term use of drugs that may affect hearing within the last 3 months.
