研究目的：

1.主要目的 通过建立系统性回顾及前瞻、观察性双向队列，筛选出与成人脓毒症患者预后密切相关的临床指标，并基于这些指标构建机器学习预测模型，以提高临床对患者预后的精准评估能力。 2.次要目的 2.1结合传统评分系统（如SOFA和APACHE II）与新发现的预测指标，探索改进现有评分系统的可能性。 2.2通过内部验证，评估所构建的机器学习预测模型的准确性和可靠性，确定其在临床实践中的适用性和推广价值。 2.3基于预测模型的结果，为临床医生提供个体化治疗决策支持，改善患者结局并合理分配医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective To establish a systematic review and a prospective, observational bidirectional cohort to identify clinical indicators closely linked to the prognosis of adult sepsis patients. Then, construct a machine - learning prediction model based on these indicators to enhance the precision of clinical prognosis assessment. 2. Secondary Objectives 2.1 To explore the possibility of improving existing scoring systems (e.g., SOFA and APACHE II) by incorporating newly - identified predictive indicators with traditional ones. 2.2 To evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the constructed machine - learning prediction model through internal validation, and to determine its applicability and value in clinical practice. 2.3 To offer individualized treatment decision - making support for clinicians based on the prediction model results, thereby improving patient outcomes and achieving rational allocation of medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁的患者，且住院时间<24h； 2.病历资料缺失严重（缺失率＞20%），无法获取关键临床指标或结局信息； 3.资料存在明显偏差或与实际情况不符者； 4.处于妊娠期、有精神类疾病，如精神分裂症、妄想症等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients < 18 years old, with a hospital stay < 24 hours; 2.Data missing > 20%, making it impossible to obtain key clinical indicators or outcome information; 3.Obvious data deviations or inconsistencies with reality; 4.Pregnant, or with psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia or delusional disorders.
