Objectives of Study：

Exploring the role of anesthesia-specific nasal mask oxygenation in oxygen therapy in patients with acute hypoxic respiratory failure

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)重度哮喘（累及呼吸肌）或慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重； 2)慢性呼吸衰竭或中重度心功能不全病史（纽约心功能分级大于2级或左心室射血分数小于45%）； 3)心源性肺水肿的临床证据;血流动力学不稳定（收缩压<90 mmHg或平均动脉压<65 mmHg）和/或休克； 4)代谢性酸中毒（pH <7.30，伴有正常或低碳酸血症），或高碳酸血症（PaCO2>45mmHg）； 5)格拉斯哥昏迷评分<13； 6)面部解剖学禁忌鼻罩或鼻插管应用； 7)孕妇或哺乳期患者； 8)研究开始前需要有创机械通气(IMV) ； 9)患者无法配合治疗或观察。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Acute exacerbation of severe asthma (involving respiratory muscles) or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2) history of chronic respiratory failure or moderate to severe cardiac insufficiency (New York cardiac function class greater than grade 2 or left ventricular ejection fraction less than 45%); 3) clinical evidence of cardiogenic pulmonary edema; Hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg or mean arterial pressure <65 mmHg) and/or shock; 4) metabolic acidosis (pH < 7.30 with normal or hypocapnia), or hypercapnia (PaCO2>45mmHg); 5) Glasgow Coma Score <13; 6) Facial anatomy contraindications to nasal mask or nasal cannula application; 7) Pregnant or lactating patients; 8) the need for invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) prior to the start of the study; 9) The patient is unable to cooperate with treatment or observation.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Case Record Form (CRF): Clinical data for all patients will be recorded in the Case Record Form (CRF). The CRF is filled in by the specialized staff of the research team, and the content includes the basic information of the patient, the treatment process, the observation indicators, adverse events and other data. All data will be filled in according to a standardized process to ensure data accuracy and consistency. All clinical information of the patient will be recorded in detail in the case record form as the basis for subsequent data analysis. Electronic Data Capture (EDC): All clinical data will be entered into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for storage and management after the case record form is completed. The research team used ResMan, an Internet-based EDC system, to collect and manage data in real time. The ResMan system provides online data entry, data monitoring, and data reconciliation to ensure real-time data updates and accuracy. In addition, the system has carried out multiple security protections for data to ensure patient privacy and data security.
