1To develop the questionnaire of home care needs of patients with multiple trauma and test its reliability and validity. 2 To investigate the current situation of home care needs of patients with multiple injuries and analyze the influencing factors.

1.伴有严重精神疾病史； 2.拒绝参加本研究； 3.死亡或放弃治疗。
