Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of feedback based on large language models in the self-monitoring of anxiety

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、存在自杀或自伤风险（PHQ-9自杀条目>=2）； 2、存在重度的抑郁情绪（PHQ-9总分>=20）； 3、目前正在或或近一个月内曾经接受过心理治疗或精神科药物治疗； 4、存在酒精滥用（AUDIT总分>=10）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Risk of suicide or self-harm (PHQ-9 suicide item >=2); 2. Severe depression (PHQ-9 total score >=20); 3. Currently receiving or or in the past one month have received psychotherapy or psychiatric medication; 4. Alcohol abuse (AUDIT total score >=10)

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据采集将通过电子采集和管理系统进行采集，数据管理将通过线下的本地RAID存储系统进行管理。
