Objectives of Study：

1. to explore the feasibility of ultrasound assisted closed reduction and internal fixation of lateral humerus condyle fracture; 2. To compare the effect and safety of ultrasound assisted closed reduction and internal fixation versus open reduction and internal fixation of lateral humeral condyle fractures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

所有排除诊断肱骨外髁骨折，年龄大于12岁；开放性骨折；生命体征不稳定的危重外伤

Exclusion criteria：

participants had not been diagnosed with lateral condyle fractures; Patient ages over 12 years old. an open wound at the elbow, or unstable vital signs or associated life-threatening injuries
