研究目的：

1、横断面调查慢阻肺急性加重期患者及配偶照顾者二元应对、照顾负担和心理痛苦的现状及影响因素。 2、探究二元应对在慢阻肺患者及配偶照顾者照顾负担和心理痛苦的中介效应。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Cross-sectional survey on the status quo and influencing factors of dual coping, care burden and psychological pain of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their spouse caregivers. 2. To explore the mediating effect of binary coping on the care burden and psychological pain of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their spouse caregivers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究采用便利抽样法，于2025年3月至2025年10 月，对深圳市三级甲等医院肺病科住院符合纳排标准的慢阻肺急性加重期患者及其配偶照顾者进行问卷调查。通过量表进行横断面调查,获取慢阻肺急性加重患者及配偶照顾者在各层面的照顾负担、心理痛苦、二元应对现状及影响因素数据，对数据进行分析，剖析各层面的内在影响关系。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, from March 2025 to October 2025, a questionnaire survey was conducted among patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their spouses' caregivers who met the admission criteria in the Department of Pulmonary Diseases of a third-class first-class hospital in Shenzhen. Cross-sectional survey was carried out through the scale to obtain the data of care burden, psychological pain, dual coping status and influencing factors of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their spouse caregivers at all levels, and analyze the data to analyze the internal influence relationship at all levels. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

慢阻肺急性加重期患者排除标准： （1）合并其它严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤等； （2）认知功能不正常或患有精神方面的疾病； （3）正在参与其它干预研究。 慢阻肺急性加重期患者配偶照顾者排除标准： （1）配偶照顾者本人患有严重躯体疾病或精神障碍，自身健康水平严重受损； （2）正在进行其它干预研究的配偶照顾者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: (1) Combined with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor; (2) Abnormal cognitive function or mental illness; (3) Participating in other intervention studies; Exclusion criteria of spouse caregivers of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (1) Spouse caregivers suffer from serious physical illness or mental disorder, and their health level is seriously damaged; (2) Spouse caregivers who are conducting other intervention studies.
