旨在探究线粒体功能对老年人认知行为的影响，深入了解老年人认知障碍的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the effect the mitochondrial function on the cognitive behavior of elderly people, and to gain a deep understanding of the mechanisms in cognitive dysfunction of elderly people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)拒绝参加研究；(2)因昏迷、痴呆或语言障碍而无法交流；(3)有精神病史如躁郁症、精神分裂症；(4)患有严重的心脏、肾脏、肝脏、胃肠道、传染病或癌症；(5)存在神经系统疾病史，如创伤性脑损伤、中风、帕金森病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Refused to participate in the research;(2) Unable to communicate due to coma, dementia or language disorders; (3) Had a history of mental illness such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia; (4) Had experienced serious heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal tract, infectiois diseases or cancer; (5) Had a history of neurological diseases (traumatic brain injury, stroke, and Parkinson's disease).
