研究目的:

(1)建立机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术全周期临床数据库,围绕术前诊断和规划、术中操作及术后康复和随访三方面,利用医学影像、虚拟混合显示、机器人以及人工智能等技术,实现机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术全周期的临床资料数据库化,为下一步的研究提供重要的数据支撑。 (2)依据数据库患者术前术后影像学资料等资源,了解西南地区人群膝关节解剖特征,进一步探究本土化的功能性对位对线技术模式,进一步优化改进机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术的手术方案和手术流程,指导临床实践。 (3)依据数据库患者术前术后临床评分等资源,评估机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术的个性化手术效果和患者满意度,比较机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术与传统手工机械性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术的临床疗效,为功能对位对线技术的应用和临床决策实践提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Establish a clinical database for the entire cycle of robot-assisted functional alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty, focusing on three aspects: preoperative diagnosis and planning, intraoperative procedures, and postoperative rehabilitation and follow-up. By utilizing medical imaging, virtual mixed display, robotics, and artificial intelligence technologies, this study aims to create a comprehensive clinical database for the entire cycle of robot-assisted functional alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty, providing critical data support for future research. (2) Based on the preoperative and postoperative imaging data and other resources from the database, study the anatomical characteristics of knee joints in the southwestern population. Further explore a localized functional alignment technique model, optimize and improve the surgical plan and procedures for robot-assisted functional alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty, and provide guidance for clinical practice. (3) Based on the preoperative and postoperative clinical scores and other resources from the database, evaluate the personalized surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction with robot-assisted functional alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty. Compare the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted functional alignment technology with traditional manual mechanical alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty, offering reference for the application of functional alignment tec

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.缺乏关键临床数据或手术信息,或数据质量不符合研究要求的患者。
2.血友病性关节炎等其他严重影响术后康复水平的疾病;
3.股骨、胫腓骨及膝关节周围骨折史;
4.术前贫血、凝血功能异常等原发性或继发性血液系统疾病;
5.现有或既往膝关节内外侧副韧带及交叉韧带损伤;
6.依从性差;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients lacking key clinical data or surgical information, or whose data quality does not meet the research requirements.
2.Diseases such as hemophilic arthritis or other conditions that severely affect postoperative rehabilitation.
3.History of fractures of the femur, tibia, fibula, or surrounding knee joint bones.
4.Preoperative anemia, coagulation dysfunction, or other primary or secondary hematologic disorders.
5.Current or past injuries to the knee's medial and lateral collateral ligaments or cruciate ligaments.
6.Poor compliance.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

通过医院信息系统(Hospital Information system,HIS)与电子病历管理系统(Electronic Medical Record,EMR)的程序写入等技术,有针对性性地选择机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术(FA-rTKA)和传统手工机械性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术(MA-TKA)患者进行临床数据的智能抓取、处理与储存,最终形成膝关节置换临床数据库,其中包括机器人辅助功能性对位对线技术全膝关节置换术临床数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Through technologies such as program writing with the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) management system, clinical data of patients who underwent robot-assisted functional alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty (FA-rTKA) and traditional manual mechanical alignment in total knee arthroplasty (MA-TKA) are intelligently captured, processed, and stored. This process ultimately forms a clinical database for knee arthroplasty, including the clinical database for robot-assisted functional alignment technology in total knee arthroplasty.
