研究目的：

评价钙硅生物陶瓷骨修复材料用于颌骨囊肿摘除术中骨缺损填充的修复效果。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the repair effect of calcium silicate bioceramic bone repair material for filling bone defects during mandibular cyst removal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 囊肿存在感染的患者； 2) 多囊性、多发或复发性颌骨囊肿的患者； 3) 有颌面部占位性病变或其他部位恶性肿瘤患者； 4) 存在急性根尖周炎、进行性牙周疾病、顽固性牙周炎病史的患者； 5) 患有骨代谢性疾病（如：骨质疏松、畸形性骨炎等），或入组前3个月内服用过可显著影响骨代谢的药物或制品（如类固醇，二膦酸盐等）的患者； 6) 存在头颈部放疗史的患者； 7) 不能进行口腔影像检查及各种可能导致口腔影像检查伪影，影响结局评估的患者； 8) 近3个月服用抗凝药物或凝血功能异常等研究者判断不适宜进行手术的患者； 9) 肝肾功能异常（ALT 和AST 值超过正常值上限的1.5 倍，或肌酐超过正常值）的患者； 10) 控制不良的糖尿病（空腹血糖值≥ 8 mmol/L），控制不良的高血压（收缩压≥160 mmHg 和/或舒张压≥100 mmHg）患者； 11) 妊娠及意向妊娠的育龄期妇女及哺乳期妇女； 12) 大量吸烟（≥10 支/天）的患者； 13) 严重精神疾病、酗酒或药物滥用的患者； 14) 患者近3 个月内参加过或正在参加其他药物或器械临床试验； 15) 其他经研究者判定不适合纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with cyst infection; 2.Patients with polycystic, multiple or recurrent jaw cysts; 3.Patients with maxillofacial space occupying lesions or malignant tumors in other parts of the body; 4.Patients with a history of acute periapical periodontitis, progressive periodontal disease, and refractory periodontitis; 5.Patients with bone metabolism disorders (such as osteoporosis, abnormal osteoarthritis, etc.), or those who have taken drugs or products that can significantly affect bone metabolism (such as steroids, bisphosphonates, etc).within the past 3 months before enrollment; 6.Patients with a history of head and neck radiotherapy; 7.Patients who are unable to undergo oral imaging examinations and those who may experience dental imaging artifacts that affect outcome evaluation; 8.Patients who have taken anticoagulant drugs or have abnormal coagulation function in the past 3 months and are deemed unsuitable for surgery by researchers; 9.Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT and AST values exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, or creatinine exceeding normal); 10.Poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood glucose >= 8 mmol/L), poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg); 11.Pregnant and intending pregnant women of childbearing age and lactating women; 12.Patients who smoke heavily (>= 10 cigarettes/day); 13.Patients with severe mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse; 14.The patient has participated in or is currently participating in clinical trials of other drugs or devices within the past 3 months; 15.Other patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
