如果踝关节柔韧性训练被证明对髌骨关节疼痛(PFP)有效,它可以为当前的 PFP 治疗提供一种简单、低成本的补充康复训练,帮助患者更快地恢复运动,减少疼痛。

If ankle flexibility training proves effective, it could offer a simple, low-cost addition to current PFP treatments, helping patients return to activities faster with less pain.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

踝关节骨折、跟腱断裂等影响踝关节活动的疾病;疼痛是由半月板损伤或髌腱损伤引起的;类风湿性关节炎、痛风等全身性疾病;既往膝关节或踝关节手术史;妊娠或哺乳期女性;无法配合训练及评估者。

Exclusion criteria:

Ankle fractures, Achilles tendon rupture and other diseases that affect ankle mobility; The pain is caused by a meniscus injury or patellar tendon injury; Systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout; History of previous knee or ankle surgery; Pregnant or lactating females; Those who are unable to cooperate with training and assessment.

Conventional exercise therapy (30 minutes/session, 3 times a week for 8 weeks): quadriceps eccentric training (e.g., slow squats), hip abductor strengthening (e.g., clam opening and closing), and neuromuscular control training (e.g., maintaining balance on one leg in an unstable plane). Ankle dorsiflexion training (15 minutes/session, 3 times a week for 8 weeks): loosening technique (subtalar loosening), resistance band exercise (resistance dorsiflexion training), progressive Achilles tendon stretch (passive triceps calf stretch). Exercise progress (resistance/intensity) is adjusted every two weeks according to functional assessments.

According to the random number table method, 64 selected patients were divided into two groups: the experimental group (conventional exercise therapy combined with dorsiflexion range of motion training) and the control group (which received only traditional therapy of exercise of equivalent intensity/frequency).
