研究目的：

1、观察不同功能输液接头与封管技术协同作用下导管内液体位移和压力变化，探讨不同功能输液接头与封管技术协同作用下正压形成的机制，为实现最佳封管效果提供可靠依据。 2、优化封管技术，解决护理人员在输液接头识别和封管技术执行中遇到的挑战，降低导管堵塞的发生，提升护理质量，提高患者舒适度和满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the liquid displacement and pressure changes in the catheter under the synergistic action of infusion joints and tube sealing technology of different functions, and explore the mechanism of positive pressure formation under the synergistic action of infusion joints and tube sealing technology of different functions, so as to provide a reliable basis for achieving the best tube sealing effect. 2. Optimize the tube sealing technology to solve the challenges encountered by nursing staff in the identification of infusion joints and the implementation of tube sealing technology, reduce the occurrence of catheter blockage, improve the quality of care, and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.D-二聚体>2 000 ng/mL,凝血酶原时间(PT)>35 s,血小板<100×109/L；
2.输入高渗性液体/发疱剂/刺激性药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1.D-dimer>2 000 ng/mL,Prothrombin time (PT)>35 s,PLT<100×10^9/L; 2.Hypertonic fluid/blistering agent/irritant drug is injected.
