研究目的：

本研究以中医电针理论为指导,基于病-证结合模式及疾病高发人群,通过多量表多维度评估凯格尔训练联合中医电针治疗OAB（膀胱过度活动症）的疗效，旨在为OAB患者提供中医证候诊断以及研究可参考的标准化方案。

Objectives of Study：

This study is guided by the theory of electro-acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the disease-syndrome combination model and the high-risk population for the disease, it evaluates the efficacy of Kegel exercises combined with TCM electro-acupuncture in treating OAB(Overactive bladder) through multiple scales and multidimensional assessments. The aim is to provide OAB patients with TCM syndrome diagnosis and a standardized protocol that can be referenced in research.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.各种急性尿路感染患者； 2.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女及精神疾病患者； 3.有明显器质性病变（如膀胱、尿道、妇科、肛门、神经系统疾病）患者； 4.过敏体质、癫痫或有出血倾向、感染性皮肤病、安装心脏起搏器等针刺禁忌症患者； 5.合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病； 6.不能接受核磁共振检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with various acute urinary tract infections; 2.Pregnant and lactating women and patients with mental disorders; 3.Patients with obvious organic lesions (such as bladder, urethra, gynecological, anal, and neurological diseases); 4. Patients with allergic constitutions, epilepsy, bleeding tendencies, infectious skin diseases, or those with contraindications for acupuncture such as having a pacemaker implanted; 5.Patients with severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system; 6. Patients who cannot undergo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations.

研究者采用Excel生成随机序列，按简单随机化生成0-1之间的随机数，按照是否大于0.5，产生分组结果。对应患者入组时编号，将其随机分为试验组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researchers used Excel to generate random sequences. They randomly generated random numbers between 0 and 1 using simple randomization. Based on whether the number was greater than 0.5, they determined the grouping results. Corresponding to the patient's enrollment number, they randomly divided them into the experimental group and the control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究采用标准化数据采集与管理体系，包含病例报告表（CRF）与电子数据采集系统（EDC）两部分。CRF用于规范记录研究对象的临床基线信息、干预措施、结局指标等原始数据；EDC系统负责数据的电子化录入、核查、储存与管理。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	his study adopts a standardized data collection and management system, which consists of two parts: the case report form (CRF) and the electronic data collection system (EDC). CRF is used to standardize the recording of the original data of research subjects, including their clinical baseline information, intervention measures, outcome indicators, etc. The EDC system is responsible for the electronic input, verification, storage and management of data.
