研究目的：

本项研究拟通路机器学习的方法，建立肝脏术后再生预测的临床模型，使其具有更高的准确性和普适性，进一步提高肝脏外科临床诊治的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to adopt the method of pathway machine learning to establish a clinical model for predicting postoperative liver regeneration, making it more accurate and universal, and further improving the safety and effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and treatment in liver surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝功能 Child-Pugh C 级；
2.既往行肝脏手术患者或者急诊行肝脏手术患者；
3.弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇、哺乳期妇 女，文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Child-Pugh C;
2.Patients who have undergone liver surgery before or those who have undergone liver surgery in the emergency department;
3.Vulnerable groups include people with mental illnesses, those with cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women and lactating women Female, illiterate, etc.

再生不良的评估标准分为功能性再生不良和体积性再生不良。其中功能性再 生不良根据 50-50 标准，即术后第 5 天，总胆红素大于 50umol/L 或者凝血酶原活动度大于 50%(INR 约 1.7)，体积性再生不良通过 CT/MRI 三维重建评估确定最佳阈值。

The evaluation criteria of liver regeneration are divided into functional and volumetric regeneration. Wherein functional regeneration，according to the 50-50 criteria, that is, on the fifth day after surgery, total bilirubin is greater than 50umol/L or prothrombin activity is greater than 50umol/L in 50% (INR about 1.7).
