研究麻醉手术对生理昼夜节律的改变，以及其后对患者的认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of circadian rhythm for cognitive dysfunction in post-operation patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前合并有精神疾病或认知功能障碍；
2. 视觉和听觉功能障碍影响简易精神状态量表测试的
3. 合并有严重糖尿病、严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全；
4. 其他研究者认为应当排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients have mental illness or cognitive dysfunction;
2. Patients are unable to complete Mini-Mental State Examination test due to their visual/auditory disease;
3. Patients are in advanced stage of cardiac, pulmonary, liver or renal disease;
4. Other conditions, including cannot understand Chinese language.
