研究目的：

1.评估视觉光刺激治疗MCI患者的临床效果； 2.明确视觉光刺激治疗MCI的丘脑-皮层结构和功能网络变化特征； 3.基于丘脑-皮层脑网络，揭示视觉光刺激治疗MCI患者后，认知、情绪和睡眠相关脑网络之间的协同响应机。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of visual light stimulation in the treatment of MCI patients; 2. To clarify the characteristics of thalamic cortical structure and functional network changes in MCI treated with visual light stimulation; 3. Based on the thalamus cortical brain network, this paper reveals the synergetic response mechanism between cognitive, emotional, and sleep-related brain networks in patients with MCI after visual light stimulation treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有脑血管病、脑外伤、肿瘤、重度抑郁病史； 2. 可引起认知功能障碍的其他神经系统疾病（如帕金森病、癫痫等）及系统性疾病（如甲状腺功能异常、严重贫血、梅毒、HIV 感染等）； 3. 精神病史或先天性精神发育迟缓； 4. 试验开始前 1 月内服用过精神类、促智类等影响认知、情绪和睡眠节律的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of cerebrovascular disease, brain trauma, tumours, or severe depression; 2. Other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.) and systemic diseases (such as thyroid dysfunction, severe anaemia, syphilis, HIV infection, etc.) that may cause cognitive impairment; 3. History of psychiatric disorders or congenital mental retardation; 4. Use of psychotropic, nootropic, or other medications affecting cognition, mood, and sleep rhythms within one month before the start of the trial.

Blinding：

Given the operational characteristics of visual light stimulation therapy, it is not possible to blind the treatment implementers and recipients. Only the outcome assessors (data collectors) and research data analysts are blinded to ensure the objectivity of result interpretation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过纸质版病例报告表收集参与者的基本信息、临床信息、神经心理评估结果，采集多模态磁共振数据及不良事件等数据。除磁共振数据外，所有数据由项目组开发的科研数据专用管理系统（SCD/MCI人群数据管理软件 V1.0）进行数据存储和管理，确保数据的安全性和可追溯性。定期进行数据监控和审核，确保数据的准确性和一致性。研究团队设有数据质控小组，负责检查数据质量和合规性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collect participants' basic information, clinical information, and neuropsychological evaluation results through paper-based case report forms. Gather multimodal magnetic resonance imaging data and adverse event data. Except for magnetic resonance data, all other data are stored and managed using a dedicated scientific data management system developed by the project team (SCD/MCI Population Data Management Software V1.0), ensuring data security and traceability. Data monitoring and audits are conducted regularly to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The research team has established a data quality control group responsible for checking data quality and compliance.
