Efficacy and safety of Hyperbaric oxygen combined with reperfusion therapy for acute ischemic stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.HBO禁忌症（未控制的气胸、慢性阻塞性肺病、中耳炎活动期）；
2.严重心肺功能不全（NYHA III-IV级、PaO₂<60 mmHg）；
3.妊娠或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1.HBO contraindications (uncontrolled pneumothorax, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, otitis media active phase);
2.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (NYHA III-IV, PaO₂<60 mmHg);
3.Pregnancy or lactation.
