研究目的：

1.以磁共振成像质子密度脂肪分数（MRI-PDFF）/肝脏弹性成像技术(FibroScan)为主要结局指标，评价电针干预MAFLD的疗效； 2.通过静息态功能磁共振成像（rs-fMRI），观察电针对MAFLD疗效机制，为电针干预MAFLD的有效脑功能机制提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy of electroacupuncture intervention in MAFLD using magnetic resonance imaging proton density fat fraction (MRI-PDFF)/liver elastography (FibroScan) as the main outcome measure; 2. Observe the therapeutic mechanism of electroacupuncture on MAFLD through resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs fMRI), and provide evidence for the effective brain function mechanism of electroacupuncture intervention in MAFLD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有急性心血管事件发生的病史，或有以下心脑血管病史：冠状动脉成形术、脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、冠心病的患者； 2.正在服用可能引起脂肪变/脂肪性肝炎的药物（包括胺腆酮、甲氨蝶呤、激素、四环素、他莫西芬、类固醇、丙戊酸等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of acute cardiovascular events, or those with a history of coronary angioplasty, stroke, transient ischemic attack, or coronary heart disease; 2. Currently taking medications that may cause steatosis/steatohepatitis (including amiodarone, methotrexate, steroids, tetracycline, tamoxifen, steroids, valproic acid, etc.);
