研究目的：

比较布比卡因脂质体与盐酸布比卡因复合地塞米松用于超声引导改良臂丛上干阻滞在肩关节镜术后镇痛的临床研究，为麻醉临床术后镇痛提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical study of liposome bupivacaine and bupivacaine combined with dexamethasone for ultrason-guided improved upper brachial plexus block for postoperative analgesia after shoulder arthroscopic surgery, providing reference for postoperative analgesia under anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受试者拒绝参加研究；
2.既往存在局麻药过敏史；
3.怀孕；
4.精神神经系统、颅脑损伤等疾病导致无法沟通、不能配合；
5.臂丛神经损伤；
6.穿刺部位的皮肤有感染、破损；
7.凝血功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject refused to participate in the study; 2. history of allergy to local anesthetics; 3. pregnant; 4. Mental nervous system, craniocerebral injury and other diseases lead to inability to communicate and cooperate; 5. Brachial plexus injury; 6. infection, breakage of the puncture of the skin; 7. Coagulation dysfunction;

The patient is in a supine position with both hands naturally placed on the chest. Place the handgrip dynamometer on the affected hand, instruct the patient to grip the dynamometer with maximum force, measure the values and record them.
