研究目的：

本研究拟以理论模型指导，通过文献回顾、系统评价和网状meta分析结果、质性访谈和德尔菲专家函询法构建针对疼痛型化疗周围神经病变癌症患者的多组分运动方案，并通过试点研究评价干预方案的适用性（可行性、可接受性和初步有效性），旨在为进一步验证和推广该干预方案提供科学依据，进而为探索疼痛型化疗周围神经病变（CIPNP）临床实践新方案，为癌症患者症状管理提供实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to construct a multicomponent exercise program for cancer patients with painful chemotherapeutic peripheral neuropathy (CIPNP) guided by a theoretical model, and to evaluate the applicability (feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary validity) of the intervention program through a pilot study using the results of a literature review, a systematic evaluation and reticulation meta-analysis, a qualitative interview, and a Delphi expert correspondence method, with the purpose of providing a further validation and dissemination of the scientific basis, which in turn provides a practical reference for exploring new protocols for clinical practice in painful chemotherapeutic peripheral neuropathy (CIPNP) and for symptom management in cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 同时患有糖尿病、周围血管疾病、甲状腺功能减退、肾功能不全、维生素B12缺乏、神经系统疾病(包括中风、帕金森病、多发性硬化症和痴呆)等合并症； 2. 病情危重； 3. 合并其他癌症、癌症脑转移、颅脑外伤、精神疾病、神经退行性疾病； 4. 同期放疗的患者； 5. 存在运动禁忌症者 ，例如下肢静脉血栓 、肢体功能受限者； 6. 6个月内接受过其他干预或准备接受其他干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant with diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, hypothyroidism, renal insufficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, and neurological diseases (including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and dementia); 2. The condition is critical; 3. Combined with other cancers, cancer brain metastases, craniocerebral trauma, mental illness, neurodegenerative diseases; 4. Patients receiving concurrent radiotherapy; 5. Those with exercise contraindications, such as lower extremity venous thrombosis and limited limb function; 6. Received or prepared for other interventions within 6 months.
