研究目的：

基于压力应对的积极情绪干预方案(PAICS)，结合患者身心特点及本土文化，修订出针对性的积极情绪干预方案，并通过随机对照预试验评价干预方案适用性和有效性，为此类人群的慢性应激干预提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The Positive Affect Intervention Program based on Coping with Stress (PAICS) was revised into a targeted positive affect intervention program in line with the physical and mental characteristics of patients and local culture. The applicability and effectiveness of the intervention program were evaluated through a randomized controlled pilot trial, providing practical evidence for chronic stress intervention in this population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.需要接受免疫抑制治疗的自身免疫性疾病；2.合并其他癌症或者严重威胁生命的疾病者；3.存在意识障碍者；4.同时参与其他心理社会研究项目；5.目前正在接受精神或心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Autoimmune diseases requiring immunosuppressive therapy; 2. Patients with other cancers or serious life-threatening diseases; 3. Those with impaired consciousness; 4. Participate in other psychosocial research projects at the same time; 5. Currently receiving psychiatric or psychological treatment.
