研究目的:

本研究旨在通过前瞻性横断面研究,验证影诺鹰眼人工智能消化内镜实时辅助系统中窄带成像技术(NBI)国际结直肠内镜分型(NICE分型)判断对肠息肉识别分型的病理诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study was to verify the pathologic diagnostic efficacy of NBI International colorectal Endoscopic typing (NICE typing) in the real-time aid system of Yinnuo Hawk-Eye artificial intelligence digestive endoscopy through prospective cross-sectional studies.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.拒绝使用人工智能者;
2.凝血功能障碍者;
3.未进行人工智能识别分型并留图或图片质量欠佳、未进行NICE分型的病变;
4.肠道准备欠佳不能清楚显示病变全貌者;
5.家族性结肠息肉病患者;
6.有炎症性肠病病史患者;
7.有明显进展期结直肠癌表现者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. People who refuse to use artificial intelligence; 2. People with blood clotting disorders; 3. The lesions that were not identified and classified by artificial intelligence and retained a picture or the picture quality was poor and the NICE classification was not performed; 4. Poor bowel preparation can not clearly show the full picture of the lesion; 5. Familial polyposis of the colon; 6. Patients with a history of inflammatory bowel disease; 7. Patients with advanced colorectal cancer;
