研究目的：

1.本研究的主要目的是调查新置管PD患者身体功能变化轨迹，并探讨其潜在的决定因素，并研究不同身体功能维度（即心肺功能、肌肉力量、移动性）与不良临床结果（即PD相关腹膜炎、住院、心血管事件和死亡率）之间的关联性。 2.本研究的次要目的是探索PD患者运动的障碍和促进因素，构建以运动为核心的非药物干预方案。

Objectives of Study：

1.The primary aim of this study was to investigate the trajectory of physical function change in newly intubated PD patients and explore its potential determinants, and to examine the association between different physical function dimensions (i.e., cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, and mobility) and adverse clinical outcomes (i.e., PD-associated peritonitis, hospitalization, cardiovascular events, and mortality). 2. The secondary aims of this study are to explore barriers and facilitators to exercise in patients with PD and to construct a non-pharmacological intervention program centered on exercise.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的认知功能障碍，无法正常沟通，即简易精神状态量表评分大于10分； 2. 接受腹膜透析治疗已经超过1个月； 3. 长期卧床需要照顾依赖，或临床衰弱量表确定为衰弱的患者（CFS>=4/9）； 4. 心肺运动测试禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive dysfunction that prevents normal communication, i.e., a score of greater than 10 on the Brief Mental Status Scale; 2. Have been receiving peritoneal dialysis treatment for more than 1 month; 3. Patients who are chronically bedridden and require care dependency, or who are determined to be debilitated by the Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS >= 4/9); 4) Contraindications to cardiopulmonary exercise testing.
