研究目的：

对比早期2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗后德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液和基础胰岛素类似物（OD类似物）治疗诱导临床缓解的影响，以期为初诊2型糖尿病患者提供更合适的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to compare the effect of degu insulin liraglutide injection and basic insulin analogue (OD analogue) treatment on clinical remission in patients with early type 2 diabetes after intensive insulin pump treatment, in order to provide more appropriate treatment for patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.1型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病、其他特殊类型糖尿病； 2.急性感染、发热等应激状态引起的血糖升高，糖尿病急性并发症（如高渗性昏迷），影响血糖的全身性疾病（包括影响血糖的其他内分泌疾病、风湿性疾病、消化系统疾病等），伴有严重的贫血，严重脏器功能不全（如急性心肌梗死、心衰等）；合并肿瘤患者； 3.哺乳妊娠者； 4.对所用药物过敏或不能耐受； 5.强化生活方式措施后有效改善者； 6.酗酒，怀疑或明确有药物滥用病史； 7.签署知情同意书之前1个月内参加过其它科研药物或医疗器械临床试验，且接受过试验药物或器械的治疗； 8.研究者认为存在影响受试者参加试验或结果评价的任何因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and other special types of diabetes mellitus; 2. Hyperglycemia caused by acute infection, fever and other stress states, acute complications of diabetes (such as hyperosmolar coma), systemic diseases affecting blood glucose (including other endocrine diseases affecting blood glucose, rheumatic diseases, digestive system diseases, etc.), accompanied by severe blood poverty, severe organ dysfunction (such as acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.); Patients with tumor; 3. Lactation and pregnancy; 4. Allergic or intolerant to the drugs used; 5. Effective improvement after strengthening lifestyle measures; 6. Alcoholism, suspected or clear history of drug abuse; 7. Participated in clinical trials of other scientific research drugs or medical devices within 1 month before signing the informed consent, and received treatment of experimental drugs or devices; 8. The researcher believes that there are any factors that affect the subjects' participation in the test or result evaluation.
