研究目的：

由于妇科腹腔镜手术需要特殊体位，盆腔脏器多，手术空间局限，手术野暴露难度增加，因此妇科医生和麻醉科医生常常因为术中肌松问题而引发争执，故提出此研究设计。为了更加规范循证指导术中肌松药的使用，创造优良的手术条件，同时达到精准用药及减少相关并发症的目的，从而摒弃传统经验用药以及无底线满足外科医生提出的肌松要求，达到对术中麻醉药及肌松药的精准把控，为快速康复管理目标提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

Gynecological laparoscopic surgery requires special positioning and involves multiple pelvic organs with limited surgical space, making exposure of the surgical field more challenging. As a result, disputes often arise between gynecologists and anesthesiologists regarding intraoperative muscle relaxation. This study is designed to address these issues. The aim is to establish evidence-based guidelines for the use of muscle relaxants during surgery, ensuring optimal surgical conditions while achieving precise drug administration and reducing related complications. By moving away from traditional empirical dosing and indiscriminately meeting surgeons' demands for muscle relaxation, this study seeks to enable precise control of anesthetic and muscle relaxant use during surgery, providing an evidence-based foundation for enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) goals.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.神经肌肉系统功能障碍； 2.肝肾功能异常； 3.对本研究用药过敏； 4.困难气道； 5.既往腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dysfunction of the neuromuscular system; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Allergy to the drugs used in this study; 4. Difficult airway; 5. History of previous abdominal surgery.
