探索内窥镜手术系统用于胆胰外科联合其他中心远程手术治疗的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of endoscopic surgery system in biliary and pancreatic surgery combined with remote surgery in other centers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 有严重心血管或循环系统疾病且不能耐受手术。 2: 近 3 个月内参与过其他临床研究。 3: 无法理解研究要求，或不能完成研究随访计划。 4: 研究者认为有其他不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Have severe cardiovascular or circulatory disease and cannot tolerate surgery. 2: Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months. 3: Inability to understand the study requirements or to complete the study follow-up plan 4: The researchers believe there are other conditions that are not suitable for inclusion.

开展内窥镜手术系统用于胆胰外科远程手术治疗，将通过两地建立 5G 室内 分布系统并进行详尽的术前网络检测，确保数据传输的稳定与高速。手术系统与 手术室无缝对接 5G 网络，构建起远程通讯的桥梁。在此基础上，视频会议系统 的调试使得医护团队能够跨越地域限制，实时沟通协作

Intervention：

To carry out endoscopic surgery system for remote surgical treatment of biliary and pancreatic surgery, 5G indoor distribution system will be established in the two places and detailed preoperative network detection will be carried out to ensure stable and high-speed data transmission. The surgical system and the operating room are seamlessly connected to the 5G network, building a bridge of remote communication. On this basis, the commissioning of the video conferencing system enables the medical team to communicate and collaborate in real time across geographical restrictions
