研究目的：

通过肩关节X线平片对肩袖损伤患者的肩关节周围骨性结构形态进行评估，探究肩关节周围骨性结构与严重肩袖撕裂和手术植入内排锚钉的关系，以期明确肩关节X线对肩袖损伤术前评估和制订手术方案的临床价值。

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluates the morphology of periarticular bony structures in patients with rotator cuff tears through shoulder X-ray, to investigate the relationship between bony features and severe rotator cuff tears as well as the requirement for surgical implantation of medial row anchors. The aim is to establish the clinical value of shoulder radiography in preoperative evaluation and surgical planning for rotator cuff injuries, particularly in patients contraindicated for MRI.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往患侧肩关节创伤史或手术史; 2.合并肩骨关节炎或骨折等肩关节疾病; 3.有严重合并症（如糖尿病、心血管疾病等可能影响治疗的其他重大疾病）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous trauma or surgical history in the affected shoulder; 2.Concurrent glenohumeral osteoarthritis, fracture, or other shoulder pathologies; 3.Major comorbidities (e.g., diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, or other significant systemic conditions that may interfere with treatment).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据收集将通过回顾性队列设计完成，涉及患者基本临床信息、病历资料及影像学资料，包括姓名、性别、年龄、既往肩关节疾病或手术史、外伤史、其他合并症、手术时间及手术方案、肩关节X线及MRI影像等。所有数据均由瑞金医院院内病案管理系统和影像学系统收集，数据录入由专门人员完成，并进行双重检查以确保准确性。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data collection will be conducted through a retrospective cohort design, encompassing patients' demographic information (name, gender, age), medical history (prior shoulder pathologies, surgical interventions, traumatic injuries, comorbidities), operative records (surgical timeline and strategy), and imaging data (shoulder radiographs and MRI scans). All data will be retrieved from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) at Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. A dedicated research team will perform dual verification (initial entry by clinical coordinators and cross-validation by orthopedic specialists) to ensure data accuracy, with discrepancies resolved through adjudication committee review.
