研究目的：

比较X线引导和直视ERAT在阑尾炎治疗中的有效性和安全性。本研究为一项多中心前瞻性队列研究，比较X线引导和直视ERAT在阑尾炎治疗中的有效性和安全性，以期为临床提供更为安全、有效、经济的ERAT治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the efficacy and safety of X-ray guidance and direct vision ERAT in the treatment of appendicitis. This study is a multicenter prospective cohort study comparing the efficacy and safety of X-ray guided and direct vision ERAT in the treatment of appendicitis, with the aim of providing a safer, more effective and economical ERAT treatment method for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急性穿孔性阑尾炎； 2.严重的系统性疾病，无法耐受结肠镜检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute perforated appendicitis; 2. Severe systemic diseases that make it impossible to tolerate colonoscopy.
