研究目的：

本研究的目的是观察 UCP（超声睫状体成形术） 在难治性青光眼患者中的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of UCP(ciliary body by ultrasound cilioplasty) in patients with refractory glaucoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)近期有眼部活动性炎症史的患者; (2)由于各种原因未能完成预定随访的患者; (3)AL 为< 18 mm or >36.5 mm 或角膜白色到白色直径（WTW）> 13 mm，因此没有合适的探针模型进行手术的患者; (4)妊娠患者; (5)具有难治性手术、视网膜脱离或眼部肿瘤病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a recent history of active inflammation of the eye; 2.Patients who failed to complete the scheduled follow-ups for various reasons; 3.Patients whose AL was < 18 mm or > 36.5 mm or whose white-to white corneal diameter (WTW) was > 13 mm, so there was no suitable probe model for surgery; 4.Patients who were pregnant; 5.Patients with a history of either refractory surgery, retinal detachment, or an ocular tumour.
